Your right of withdrawal

If you enter into an agreement with me at a distance (for example by email or through this website), you generally have 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason.

The cooling-off period starts on the day the agreement is concluded.

Exception: work already started with your consent

If you ask me to start work within the cooling-off period, I first request your explicit consent and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

If the work has not been fully performed, withdrawal means a proportionate payment for the part already delivered.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement by email to [email protected], or use the model form below. A phone call is not required and will not be requested.

I confirm your withdrawal by email. Any amount already paid is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

What withdrawal does not affect

Withdrawal does not affect obligations already fulfilled, and never blocks contact about work already carried out. Even while I am temporarily not accepting new requests, you can keep using this right.
