What data I process

• The name and email address you enter in the request form.
• Your question or problem description, plus any devices or apps you mention.
• Technical log data needed to keep the website secure and working.

Why, and on what legal basis

I use your details to handle your request, to assess whether the work fits, and to contact you about delivery. The basis is performance of an agreement or your request to enter into one, and in some cases a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and reliable.

I do not send newsletters or marketing emails without separate consent.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months. Details belonging to completed work are kept for the statutory administration period (generally 7 years), and only what is required for that.

Sharing with others

I do not sell your data. Data is shared only with parties required to deliver the service: hosting, email delivery, and bookkeeping/invoicing. Processing agreements are in place where required.

Beyond that, data is shared only where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

By default the website uses no advertising pixels, no session replay and no persistent visitor profiling. If other technologies are added later, consent requirements are checked first and this statement is updated.

Form contents are never sent to analytics.

Your rights

• Restriction of or objection to processing.
• Portability of your data.
• Send a request to [email protected]; I respond within the statutory period.
• If you disagree with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

The website runs over HTTPS, data is validated server-side and the enquiry list is not publicly accessible. Never send passwords, tokens, backups or camera footage; I do not need them and do not store them.
