A light no longer responds, a routine stops halfway, or an app cannot see your device. I first work out where it goes wrong, then we fix it — or I tell you honestly that it will not work.

- What changed before the problem started?
- Have you already restarted the app or the device?
What you never have to share
No passwords, tokens, backups or camera footage. I ask only for what is needed, and never for access you cannot revoke yourself.
